The IPTel team initially reached out to Solve Marketing with a request to develop a marketing strategy — a foundation that would help them secure investment and confidently enter the UK market. Stage 1. Marketing strategy for entering the UK market

Goal: prepare the company to attract investment and enter a new market with a clear strategic vision, positioning, and action plan.

  • Market research (Ukraine & UK): analyzed trends in the electronic communications market, evaluated maturity levels, entry barriers, and key growth drivers.
  • Competitor analysis: examined 15 international and local players and delivered expert insights.
  • Mystery shopper audit: tested IPTel’s and competitors’ services under real conditions and provided recommendations to improve the customer experience.
  • Choice factors & segmentation: identified 120+ decision-making factors using Solve Marketing’s proprietary framework and applied 5W segmentation.
  • Positioning: developed three concepts and finalized a positioning statement now used across all communications.
  • Marketing hypotheses: built a roadmap of 10 marketing hypotheses for practical testing.
  • Investment deliverables: prepared a structured presentation for grant applications, a detailed KPI roadmap, timeline, and ROI projections.

The strategy became the foundation for a successful grant application that IPTel went on to win.

Stage 2. Brand identity & Logobook development

Goal: build a visual system that reflects the company’s new positioning and supports scalable brand growth.

  • Conducted a full brand audit: logo, colors, fonts, and patterns.
  • Created a comprehensive logobook with clear brand usage guidelines.
  • Expanded the color palette and defined consistent digital and print applications.
  • Designed a signature geometric pattern based on the logo — for presentations, social media, and merchandise.

Stage 3. Remote marketing department

After completing the strategy, we moved into implementation — forming a dedicated remote marketing department fully integrated into the company’s workflows. Work is structured in sprints, with measurable KPIs and transparent reporting.
