What a Marketer does at Solve Marketing:

  1. Studies and understands the specifics of customers' activities.
  2. Conducts marketing analysis of prospective clients.
  3. Analyses niches and competitors.
  4. Creates portraits of target audiences.
  5. Develops project promotion strategies.
  6. Implements the developed strategies together with the team.
  7. Constantly analyses performance and makes adjustments to strategies to improve results.
  8. Is responsible for the overall result of the project.
  9. Communicates with clients and our sales team.
  10. Takes initiative for the benefit of projects and the team as a whole.
  11. Continuously learns.

We are currently looking for a person who is not only willing to do this, but also has the right skills and personality traits.

Our marketer should have a list of qualities that may sometimes contradict each other:

  • competence, i.e. basic knowledge of marketing and openness to new information.
  • flexibility and adaptability.
  • analytical skills and creativity.
  • thirst for in-depth study and the ability to stop in time.
  • multitasking and ability to delegate.
  • autonomy and communication skills in working with a team.
  • stress resistance and empathy.

  • You read articles on marketing because you are interested in it. So, for example, you know the difference between SEO and PPC and can name at least 5 online marketing tools without help.

  1. Respond quickly to inquiries from potential customers.
  2. Clarify the need, present the format of our work to clients.
  3. Create commercial offers.
  4. Hold presentation meetings with potential clients, take notes at meetings, and follow up after the meeting.
  5. Maintain a database of potential clients.
  6. Accompany the process of signing an agreement.
  7. Monitor the receipt of payments from the clients and the exchange of primary documentation, such as invoices and acts.

Required skills: 

  1. Spoken English level is not lower than B2.
  2. It is important to have experience working with businesses located in Canada and the United States.
