We developed a marketing strategy for Scanner Pro — a mobile application from Readdle that turns an iPhone or iPad into a full-fledged portable scanner.
The app allows you to quickly digitize documents, automatically crops the background, straightens perspective, and supports text recognition (OCR). It is used by entrepreneurs, professionals, and teams to scan contracts, receipts, and notes into high-quality PDF files with cloud storage.
In 4 weeks, we conducted an in-depth study, which included market research, competitor research, calculation of the cost of attracting downloads, and calculation of conversion to a paid subscription from each advertising source.
Based on the research, we formed concepts for updating the positioning, a lead generation strategy, and a detailed roadmap for the project development.
