Ezra is a Ukrainian SaaS platform in the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) segment that unites partnership management, finance, analytics, and communication in one system.
The client approached Solve Marketing with a request to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at scaling operations, increasing MRR, and building a structured lead generation system.
What we did
Within the project, we:
- Conducted an in-depth study of the global PRM and affiliate solutions market (USA, EU, Cyprus, India, Poland), identifying behavioral patterns and growth drivers.
- Performed a competitive landscape analysis — from Affise and Alanbase to niche SaaS players, revealing Ezra’s unique areas of strength.
- Audited the website, social media, and lead generation ecosystem, then developed core strategies for content, social media, and lead generation.
- Formulated a positioning statement: “The operations hub for modern performance teams.“
- Compiled a list of 150+ choice factors using Solve Marketing’s proprietary framework.
- Designed a strategic backlog with clear priorities, KPIs, channels, audience segments, and team roles for implementation.
In total, the strategy development took 200+ hours over six weeks.
The project involved seven specialists — heads of marketing and content, project management team, operational marketers, PPC and SMM experts.
