What has been done
Dynasty Stomatology is a dental clinic that planned to expand into a new European market (the Czech Republic). The client approached Solve Marketing with a request for a comprehensive marketing strategy to understand the competitive environment and consumer behaviour and determine the optimal promotion channels.
As part of the project, we:
- conducted a detailed study of the dental services market in the Czech Republic;
- prepared an in-depth analysis of competitors identifying their strengths and weaknesses;
- evaluated the marketing tools and channels used by other clinics;
- developed recommendations for positioning and lead generation;
- drafted a strategic document with a step-by-step roadmap for development.
It took about 6 weeks to develop the strategy.
