Head Of Lead Generation

This position is for you if:

  1. You work professionally with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, have successful cases, but understand that setting up ads is only the first step in your career. 
  2. You will never just do what you're told if you see that it won't work or know how to do it better. That is, critical thinking is always with you) 
  3. You feel you have the potential to manage people, train and motivate them, know how to give feedback, and can already distribute your workload and delegate tasks.
  4. You're not afraid to take responsibility for the funds of many clients. You can reallocate funds to effective campaigns in a timely manner.
  5. You have experience in creating paid lead generation strategies.
  6. You're interested in all traffic acquisition channels, even if you don't understand them yet, you're interested in understanding them at least to the level of effectively managing specialists in this field. 
  7. You can edit and add to the texts of ads written by a content marketer. But you can also write texts on your own if necessary, because you know how to convey the essence of the offer and know what the client needs. 
  8. You know how to write a clear technical task for designers to create advertising creatives.
  9. You can provide recommendations for landing pages: LP, Quiz, website, lead form, direct mail, etc. that increase ad conversion.
  10. You like to delve into WEB analytics and find important information to improve results.

PPC specialist

What a PPC specialist does at Solve Marketing:

  1. Creates advertising campaigns on Facebook & Google ADS that bring results in the form of requests and sales.
  2. Corrects and adds to the texts of adverts written by content marketers. But he can also write texts on his own if necessary.
  3. Sets the terms of reference for designers to create advertising creatives.
  4. Gives recommendations for the landing page: LP, Quiz, website, lead form, direct, which increase ad conversion.
  5. Improves the effectiveness of advertising by optimising the settings in advertising accounts.
  6. Monitors competitors' ads.
  7. Helps the project manager prepare reports.
  8. Seeks to develop into a project marketer to manage a large number of tools and be responsible for marketing the entire project.

  • Have a B1 or higher level of English and experience working with English-speaking audiences in the B2B market.
  • You read articles on marketing because you are interested in it. So, for example, you know the difference between SEO and PPC and can name at least 5 online marketing tools without help.
