• wants to learn how to manage projects;
• has a keen desire to bring order where there is chaos;
• dreams of automating various processes using AI;
• and likes to control everything around them, even in their dreams.

What a PM assistant does:

1. listens attentively, knows how to extract the important from large amounts of information: sometimes it's about tasks, sometimes about deadlines, and sometimes about people who need to be reminded of something 😉.
2. helps the PM to manage the task manager (ClickUp or other magical tools);
3. makes sure that tasks do not hang in ‘in progress’ forever;
4. Updates statuses, pings messages, sends follow-ups - in short, communication is your middle name;
5. does preparatory work before meetings with clients and synchronisations with the team;
6. does everything to learn how to manage projects independently.

What kind of PM assistant are you?

• You love structure and planning (yes, your lists in your phone notes are a talent 👏)
• You know how to write short and clear. Without water. No 17 paragraphs.
• You pay attention to details - you will notice that the client has a CTA with a short dash on the main page of the site.
• Even if something was unclear in the previous thesis, after a short conversation with Google or GPT, you already know exactly what it was about.
• You don't get lost in multitasking: simultaneously ‘write back’, ‘write down’, ‘mark’, ‘check’ is your superpower.
• You know how to ask if something is not clear, and you are not shy about asking.
• You have a thirst for development in project management.
• You like to help others - both clients and the team.
