Sofia Nebosklonova

Sofia heads the PM department and is responsible for ensuring that every project moves according to plan — from idea to measurable result. Her key role is to synchronise the team, the client and all processes, transforming the marketing strategy into a clear, manageable system of actions.

She has experience working with businesses of various sizes, from small companies to large-scale industrial and social projects. She works well with deadlines, risks, and multi-level tasks.
