CEO Solve Czech Republic
- Basic marketing and production in an international context — the Czech Republic, the EU.

“If you want to move fast, work with those who already know the way”
Before I became CEO of Solve Czech Republic, I was for a long time the person who “puts everything together by hand” — from concept to launch. My experience is a story where startups, technology, production and marketing were intertwined into one direct responsibility for results.
My immersion in digital marketing began when I became a self-made marketer. In 2022, I co-founded an IT school. Everything from the logo to the first social media ad was literally created by hand. I built design concepts, thought through sales funnels and launched social media campaigns all by myself. It was then that I realised: marketing is not an auxiliary function, it is the heart of the business, pumping resources into all its parts.
What came before Solve
I’ve worked with all sorts of industries. They weren’t just projects — they were life intensives.
In SaaS, I founded the Cooontacts platform — a service that connects businesses and their customers. It was an idea that I implemented myself: architecture, design, website, strategy. Here I learnt how to create a product not “for myself” but for people.
In food production, we launched CheatMeat, a brand of meat snacks created in the Czech Republic. From finding premises to launching production, all the organisational processes were on me. This experience taught me: a good idea is 10%, and the other 90% is implementation that works every day.
As a co-founder of CatCoding, an IT school and LMS for Java developers, I saw another side of EdTech: systematicity, depth, and trust of students. Over time, we expanded into b2b consulting and training. That’s how I understood how knowledge becomes a saleable product.
And in parallel — Maystro.studio. A video production studio where my team and I shot, edited and launched content projects. My task is organisation and technical side, that is again to make everything “fly”.
I also have many years in the media. In Ukraine, I was a journalist and editor. In the Czech Republic, I was a technical director in a media company. I built an office from scratch, bought equipment, and set up infrastructure. These experiences gave me an inside view of how content works when you can’t see it, but it works.
Why Solve?
Because I believe in a new model of collaboration.
European business needs teams that are flexible, deep and clearly result-orientated. And this is exactly the kind of partner I see Solve as. My task as CEO of Solve Czech Republic is to be a bridge between Ukrainian expertise and the needs of the European market. To help companies get not just SMM or SEO, but a full-fledged marketing department at the distance of one call.
About challenges and drive
The biggest challenge now is to establish a dialogue. European business does not yet know how many strong and systemic solutions Ukraine has to offer. And we know it for sure.
I see my role in getting this dialogue started. So that our clients in Prague, Berlin or Warsaw do not look for dozens of contractors, but get a solution in one window. Transparently. Fast. In a European way.
Being a CEO is not just about having a “position”. It’s about influence. When you see how strategy is transformed into sales. And the numbers on the dashboard are someone’s real business growing. That’s a drive worth working nights for.
If you’re just starting out
Before you spend your first euro on advertising, understand your customer’s “pain”. Customer Development is not a buzzword, but a map in your hands. It shows you which messages are catching on and which are not. And it can save hundreds (or thousands) of your budget.
If you are already an entrepreneur
And want to scale without a complex HR structure, try delegating marketing. Solve’s remote department format is about freedom and results. You get a team that is already working as a system, without the need to keep it inside. It’s like renting a jet engine instead of building it yourself.
Oh, a new application!
let's get to know each other better.
